    • The T+D Customised Design Consultation includes:

    • A 1.5-hour virtual consultation via Zoom or Microsoft Teams

    • An additional hour of follow-up design support

    • A customised PDF summary of our meeting with notes, links, + suggested next steps based on what was covered during our session

  • Sessions are hosted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams – enabling you to share your space live, present documents or screen share any relevant images or floor plans.

    Once you have booked you will receive a link to join your session. Face-to-face consultations can be arranged upon request + include an additional travel fee.

  • To get the most value out of your session, it is recommended that you send your materials at least one week in advance, including:

    • Photos of the space

    • A list of questions or challenges you would like to cover during your session

    • Mood boards, inspiration images, or sample selections

    • Floor plans or construction documents

    • Any key decisions you need help making

    • Other relevant materials that will support your discussions during the Design Consultation

  • Within a few days, you will receive a personalised PDF summary covering:

    • Key takeaways from the session

    • Suggested next steps

    • Links to suppliers or products (if applicable)

    • Optional sketches or reference images to guide your project (if applicable)
